Top Gear series 13 episode 2 synopsis. In what sounds suspiciously look-alike a right motoring item, Jeremy, James and Richard effort to ascertain the perfect car for a seventeen year-old. This takes looking at insurance policy, accident amends and first and foremost of all for a seventeen year-old: the car parking facilities at a music fete. Normal service resumes in United Arab Emirates’s capital with Richard, a Lamborghini Murcielago SV and a race between a Bugatti Veyron and a McLaren F1. Stephen Fry is the Star in a fairly priced car.
